Happy November people! This is it — two months left of 2014.
Now that Halloween is behind us and Thanksgiving is just around the corner it is time to act on those New Years resolutions if you haven’t yet! Proudly cheering on friends at the NYC marathon this past weekend has led me to reflect on my goals for 2014 and anticipate (with excitement!) what lies ahead in 2015.
Now onto this look which has me feeling festive for Fall (the chillier temperatures certainly help too). The sweater has become part of an absolute uniform of mine this fall. It is the perfect layering piece – with the cut away sides making it so much more exciting than your average cashmere pull over. There is something about a felt hat – it is so exquisitely fall – much like this pumpkin that I picked up over the weekend! And these Loeffler Randall ankle boots are perfect for a day out and about in the city.
I hope that everyone had a spooky and safe Halloween weekend! Mine was pulled together at the last minute with an out of my closet (other than the store bought wig) X-Men Storm costume! Although I think that Beyonce and Blue Ivy may have taken the cake on Halloween costumes in 2014 with their Janet and Michael Jackson duo. Any thoughts?
